Tbh your we got blobbed argument doesnt hold any ground, our fleet numbered 180 at peek. If you look at the northern alliances and all their residents youd end up with roughly 9000 pilots, lets say 75% of them are somewhere else, youd still have +2000 left.
Even if they could only get 10% of their forces to show up at a certain time they'd still outnumber our fleet by quite a margin. So no, nobody is throwing large numbers at you, Fix is still at home, all the southern allies are at home, Exuro Mortis is at home, and Bob is still at home.
Originally by: 5n4keyes Personally i have no doubt in the force attacking the norths ability to take Fade, but the ultimate question is, can you hold it? Once everyone returns north, how long then will what i call hostiles be able to keep attacks like this up?
Tbh what im somewhat more interested in is where did d2 go? Are they fighting down south? D2 activity in fountain is low at best, other then a few carrier pilots playing gank and dock games in Yz or A-1C there really is no major D2 threat left here. Sparta and the older fountain locals are here but wheres D2?
I guess they'll eventually head home, i have a carrier that needs to die -----

Classy D2, real classy.
ofc this is the sikrit new d2 tactic
send us the killmail and it will surely be discussed with him if your accusation is justified.
D¦, please make them shut the **** oof like you did to us before. You know...
Say we have a deal : first getting to Delve win the match.
To be fair at this rate D2 isn't really going to ending up in Delve anytime soon. -----

Haha, you are a funny. Get enough chipmunks together, they'll eventually kill a lion. Put your E-peen away, you'll poke an eye out.
Hes both funny and right though. D2 enjoys pointing out that the pets are inferior and now they;re losing space to them. What are they gonna do when Bob themselves drop by? -----

You should know better than to use a stupid generalisation of a number by that logic BoB + friends would obviously have that many too I recall ASCN days when it numbered in the region of 4.5k so yes obviously given the 25% figure you are talking about we had 1.125k in alliance chat all the time... hmm what's that nope somehow we had usually 200-300 with peaks at the 600 odd mark.
Oh and I am not talking about the dark days when BoB were around running amok in Feyth etc I am talking about the days when fairweather players were on too.
Tbh if youre unable to get 10% to attend then you really need to re-examine your corp/alliance. -----

so your telling me you had 400 plus pilots there yourself? Between MC, Corelum, AXE and Xelas (not including the +others that seleene mentioned...
Otherwise tbh you need to examine some of those corps/alliances etc cause there turnout obviously wasn't at the 25% you mentioned.
We could have had if it would have been required, look at the Bob Cap Shipyard defence. I wouldnt have come down to PB if we would have brought +400 numbers on assault ops as well though, it was laggy enough already. -----

Originally by: ElweSingollo I think at the end of the day were going to have to agree to disagree quoting whole numbers in regards to alliance is BS at the end of the day you do not get 100 % perticipation from every player out there I honestly think that outside of maybe BoB or RA there are few alliances who would get on average 25% of there number online.
If you look at server figures what are we talking about subscription wise for eve these days 200k accounts? if 25% on average of those numbers played we would have 50K "on average" playing average atm is usually 20-25k peaking at 30-35k
Theres a difference between average and on pre-planned ops. Hitting 25% would be a prime time peek thing, on average it would be much lower. However if you read my post you'll notice i said ops that where planned in advance, ie POSes coming out of reinforced mode.
As for alliance numbers, although they may not be an exact measuring tool a 9000 man coalition shouldn't complain about being blobbed when 150 people show up to kill them. They can start doing that when 900+ people show up. -----

Funny, before D2 started losing space to the MC they where ridiculed for being Bob Pets, so now that you're losing space to pets you're gonna call em something else? Looking to save morale i guess.
Originally by: Faceless Pokemon Most of us Xelas veterans usually just ignore him while he sits barking in alliance.
So you get all worked up about your alliance failing but then when someone actually tries to do something you ignore him and whine on the forums with an alt about how bad the alliance are doing. Thats... logical... i guess...
Since the start of this 'great' war Xelas activity in Fountain and the north has increased by quite a lot and no its not because alts are whining about the forums about their emo feelings and how their alliance or corp makes em unhappy

That's a 180 there chief.
Haha i make that mistake so often its rather embarrassing -----
